New to Persian Drum Workshop?

This workshop is appropriate for just about anyone. You don’t need to have knowledge in any kinds of drums, read music or be able to memorize so many patterns. You simply need the desire to show up and do your best.

Daf A1- (Beginner) 6 sessions. This two-hour workshop explores how to hold the daf in some of the postures, basic music theory and the daf techniques, some basic Sufi and Persian rhythmic patterns, and finally be able to play with the group.
After taking this course, students will be prepared for most beginners all level drum classes. This workshop is perfect for people new to the practice of Daf as well as for more seasoned students who want to review the basics.

For new students who want to join to the group classes we offered the new session of A2 separately, or if they are less than 5 they can take the private classes to ready being with the group.
